located in the estate at 100 m. from the medieval village and enjoys a
panorama of the Chianti hills and olive oil groves of the farm
establishment from all its rooms.
The house is friendly and luminous and decorated with
antique furniture, kilim carpets and every modern convenience while
keeping to the traditional Tuscan style.
On the first floor, there is a spacious living room with fireplace,
a sitting room, a large kitchen, a dining room and a loggia which
offers the possibility to dine outside.
An old staircase takes you up to the second floor, where there is a
sitting room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. |

IL POGGIO 8+4 guests, 352 sq meters:
It is possible to add
the flat Il Poggio, which is found on
the ground floor of the villa and has a private entrance, to this
accommodation in order to have the entire park, gym, and pool for
private use.
From May to September, it is possible to rent only Villa Il Poggio in
the 8+4 guests solution.
