Harvest: hand picked bunches in small cases
Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature of 28° C with 10 days maceration on the skins
Ageing: in tanks
Bottle fining: not foreseen
Colour: ruby red of medium intensity
Perfume: fresh fruity wine fragrance
Taste: pleasant, medium body, vivacious
Serving temperature: 18°
Serve with: stewed meats, spicy salame and crostini
