Harvest: hand picked bunches in small cases
Vinification: fermentation at controlled temperature of 30° C with 15 days maceration on the skins
Aging: 8/14 months in Slavonian oak casks
Bottle fining: one month minimum
Colour: intense ruby red
Perfume: elegant, fragrant, delicate
Taste: full and balanced, slightly sapid
Serving temperature: 18°
Serve with: all red meats, game meats, medium ripe cheeses
