When is it possible to check-in? During middle and high season, check-in is on Saturday from 3pm to 7pm. Otherwise, you can check-in during reception opening hours. For late arrivals, we kindly ask you to inform us before, in order to organize ourselves.
Which are reception opening hours? Reception is opened from Tuesday to Friday 9:30/13:00 and 14:00/18:00 and on Saturday 9:00/13:00 and 14:00/19:00. Sunday and Monday, reception is closed
How can I do if I have a problem and reception is closed? Ginevra mobile phone is on 24 hours, therefore, you can call her for any problem or question. If you find the answering machine, please leave a message, and she will be back as soon as possible.
What is included in the rental rate? Rental rate includes accommodation rental, water, gas, electricity, wood (if there is a fire place), linen, cleaning before your arrival, final cleaning, cleaning and linen change after one week of stay, swimming-pool, mountain bikes, ping pong and assistance during all your stay.

During middle and high season, stays are only weekly from Saturday to Saturday. For last minute booking, we accept shorter stay (3/4 nights). During low season, minimum stay is 2 nights.
Is it possible to come without a car? Nearest bus stop is at 2 km in the valley while we are on the top of a hill, nearest shop is 2 km, therefore, we highly recommend to rent a car or organize yourself with a driver.
Is there parking in the estate? Yes
To make the reservation, you have print, fill in, and send us by fax the reservation form. We will check the information, charge the credit card for the 30% of the rental price, and send you an email or a fax with your booking voucher.
30% down payment is with credit card. Final payment can be with credit card or cash.

Is the swimming-pool in common with other people? Swimming-pool is in common with all the other guests of the estate and sometimes with the owners. Villa Il Poggio 8+4 guests has a private swimming-pool.

Is there a telephone in the accommodation? No, nearest public telephone is at 2 km.

Is there coffee maker in the accommodations? There is no american coffee maker, but you will find the italian coffee maker.
How can I get the wood for the fire place? We do provide it for free.

Is it possible to have an extra bed in the accommodation? No, accommodations are authorised only for the number of beds written in the description.
Yes, free of charge. Baby cots are for children of maximum 2 years old. Please ask it at booking time.

Where are all the acommodations? All the accommodations are found in the medieval village, except Il Poggio and Villa Il Poggio which are at 100 mt. from the entrance of the village.
