Cancellation policy
From reservation time to 30 days before check-in, penalty of 30% of total amount;
From 29 days to check-in time, penalty of 90% of total amount;
No show, penalty of 100% of total amount.

Payment
At booking time, 30% NOT-REFUNDABLE down payment with credit card
At check-in, 70% final payment with credit card (Visa, MasterCard) or cash

Security deposit: Guests are responsible for the accommodation furniture during their stay, therefore, a security deposit of € 200 is required at check-in time (only cash). It will be returned at check-out after an accurate check of the accommodation. In case of damage(s), management is authorised to keep the deposit.
