We had a magical week at the castle. We could have done without the drama of watching the heavens open and then having to postpone our wedding! The accommodations, the guesthouses, the castle and its grounds were truly magnificent and luxuriously romantic. The chapel, the dining halls, the caterers, florists, musicians, and photographers that came recommended through you were top-notch and professional.
And, ultimately, you and your assistants were kind, generous and a complete joy to work with from the very first stages of planning through our final departure. We had not visited the grounds before our reservations; we relied on your informative website and your references to confirm our decision. And, similarly, we had no wedding planner to assist us - beyond you and the Convivium; you guidance in those matters was also complete. All in all, Tuscany, the castle, you staff and those you recommended exceeded all of our wildest expectations.
Our wedding was simply a story-book.
We will always remember this most perfect of days. You offered our party a wonderful gift: the opportunity to enjoy the heart and soul of Tuscany while nestled in a truly elegant and historically rich landscape. Everything was charming; and the renovations you had done were tasteful and wholly accommodating. Sarah, myself and all of our guests spent an unforgettable week. You have such a wonderful property – everyone loved it, it was such a big part of our wedding’s success, such a romantic and wonderful setting for a wedding celebration. We had that feeling in May, but we felt it even more on our wedding day, we couldn’t have spent it in a lovelier place.
Thanks to the info from your web page, we worked with Galateo and Carlo Giorgi – they were so professional and wonderful. You could offer some great wedding packages, and save young couples from dealing with “wedding planners”.
I know that we have been a little bit of a headache in the beginning, and we appreciate the patience you and Cristiana showed in dealing with our many phone calls and emails, but we are so glad everything had a happy ending. We intend to have our anniversary there, with as many friends as possible.

My husband and I spent a delightful (but short!) week at the Castello di  Bibbione for our honeymoon. We fell in love with Italy on our trip to venice, but Tuscany, and in particular, this spot has taken our hearts. Everything about the castle stay was wonderful- staff were couteous, friendly and very helpful (we have a pitiful italian accent).
The Castello apartment was unreal, we felt transported back into the 16th century and the minute detail that the owner has gone into redecorating in the Tuscan style was amazing. The grounds are immaculate and the activities and services that were provided were spectacular - in particular the wonderful breakfasts prepared by our hosts - the Schiaciatta (sp), pecorino cheese, fruit salad and cafe latte's almost everyday were heaven. We loved the wine  tasting and tour of the castle, so very informative and gave us a chance to socialize with the other guests. If anyone is hesitating about this place to stay, look no further. 20 minutes outside of Florence, and half an hour driving to San Grimignano, Volterra and countless other charming hilltop villages was fantastic. Perfect weather, perfect place, and perfect hostpitality. Cheers to the staff at Castello di Bibbione!

Our daughter, Alison Samuel, was married to Greg Smith, in the Church of Santa Maria on September 27th with the reception afterwards at the Castello. I have already thanked our wedding planner Daniela but I would just like to say thank you to all at Castello di Bibbione.  It was a simply wonderful magical day for our daughter and her new husband, and indeed for my husband and I and all our guests. The castle was so beautiful, the waiters so attentive and the food was delicious. What a setting for everything!
We never did manage to have time to go into the shop at the entrance, but we wonder now we are home if the shop may sell prints of the castle.  We think it would be a rather nice present to give our daughter as a lovely memory of her special day.

We left castello di bibbione friday morning at 7 o' clock, and we have completely forgotten to write something in your guest book.
My husband and I and the children Lukas and Marie would like to thank you for your hospitality.
We enjoyed the beautiful house, le Genestre, the wonderful views and the swimming pool.
We will remember Castello di Bibbione as a heavenly place.
Also, the restaurant you recommended us in a tiny little village not far away, was an excellent choice.

We had a wonderful time in this most beautiful spot in the Chianti Region of Tuscany. We traveled the winding little roads up and down the hills through the lovely countryside. We loved the walled hill towns, Siena, Vinci, and of course Firenze! The food and wines are great too.

We had an invigorating swim today in the inviting pool, even though the skies were gray and forbidding. We will leave Castello di Bibbione tomorrow on our way to Croatia, Hungary, and Czech Republic.

I just wanted to write a quick note about our experience with Italy Perfect and in particular, our stay at the Castello Bibbione.
In a nutshell, I have never been more pleasantly surprised!!!
First of all, you took the time to explain exactly what to expect; whether it was with regards to amenities, towels, telephone, etc, it was absolutely 100% accurate.  The documents you sent me provided us with invaluable information that was fantastic.  You took the time to answer any questions I had with regards to this rental as well as offer suggestions and advice with regards to the rest of our trip to Italy.  That shows tremendous professionalism on your part!
Finally about the Castello...our experience was amazing.  The place was just magical, the staff was lovely, and the proximity to the cities (Florence, Pisa, Sienna) was exactly as you had mentioned.  The small town of San Casciano was great; the supermarket (COOP) was incredible, and we simply could not have asked for anything more.  
I will gladly promote your services to everyone I know and would not hesitate to recommend any property you advertise on your website.
I thank you so much; my family was thrilled and we will hopefully be returning very soon.  I will be sure to use your services again for every time I plan to travel to Europe.

And to continue.... also the wine tasting was very interesting and the lady very kind.  We will bring a toast on you the coming weeks while enjoying the wine, the olive oil and the vinsanto we bought last week.
Finally the massage : we (the three of us) agreed never have had such a wonderful massage.  Roberto (was it Roberto ?) is so kind, professional and motivated.  The atmosphere he makes in the castle is not to describe... Can you send him our greetings ?

Dear Cristiana, many thanks to you, Sara and the staff of Castello di Bibbione for making our trip to the Tuscany region a memorable experience.  Our stay at the Villa il Poggio in September was amazing.  The views from the villa and pool were all Bella.  It was a nice experience to be out in the country of Chianti, but not far away from the Autostradale and Autostrada.  This made it possible to make day trips to the villages.
Your website made it easy for us to find services for restaurants, drivers, cooking class and distances to villages.  Thanks for your recommendations for dinner at Trattoria da Bule (Bargino) and Ristorante A Casa Mia (Montefiridolfi).

We are safely back in Denmark and already missing our Bibbione casas, La Torretta and Le Ginestre. We forgot to make our usual entry in your guest book but you are welcome to use this. Thank you for your great welcome including the lovely flowers and wine but most of all the smiles that we are getting to know so well. The intermittent extreme weather didn't succeed in spoiling an altogether lovely time in Tuscany and we hope it doesn't impact negatively on the area's superb wine- and olive oil production. Enclosing a single image from Torretta garden/house - will try to do image library on disk and send to you but need to get some design work done (so that we can afford to return to CDB sooner rather than later!)
